With a majestic location on a corner and overlooking the Pichola Lake and City Palace, the Amet Haveli evokes the opulence and grandeur of a bygone era.
Built during the rule of Marahana Jagat Singh II of Udaipur between 1734 and 1752, the haveli was passed down through many hands to the family of Rawat Govind Singh who are still the owners of the property ‐ one of the finest heritage places to stay in Udaipur.
Beautifully designed to reflect the surrounding style and influences, the elegant and contemporary interiors of the rooms and suites are embellished with traditional elements of Rajasthan design and artistry.
With a refreshing swimming pool, outdoor spaces, and a fantastic restaurant ‐ travellers are invited to enjoy the comforts of today with an ambiance of a former period and décor reflective of the Rajput era.
