You’ve chatted to a consultant, designed the perfect holiday, and now you’re ready to take the plunge and book. Please follow these steps to secure your next great adventure.

STEP 1: FILL IN THE BOOKING FORM

This allows us to accurately book your travel arrangements and ensure your every need is taken care of. Require assistance at the airport? Celebrating a special occasion? Only drink a particular brand of gin? Tell us everything and anything – the more we know the better prepared we can be.

STEP 2: READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STEP 3: ARRANGE PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your arrangements, along with the cost of any instant purchase flights. Your consultant will have sent you an invoice detailing this figure.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: If you wish to make payment by credit or debit card you can do so using our secure online system: MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT .
Please note that a credit card merchant fee of 1.5% applies for payments by Visa, 1.8% for Mastercard and 2.8% for American Express.

Please always quote your file number and surname as a payment reference – e.g. 1234 SMITH. You can find your file number on your invoice.

 

STEP 4: SEND US A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT

We need this to book your flights. You can snap a (clear!) picture with your smartphone and email it to us, or scan and send it.  The image needs to be a flat, clear colour copy of your ID page. If you are needing to obtain a new passport between now and your time of travel, please advise us of the reasons why a new passport is required – be it a name change, close to expiration, etc.

STEP 5: ORGANISE TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is advisable to purchase travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit.  Should you have an existing policy in place, or should you wish to make your own arrangements, please advise us of this when filling in the Booking Form.

STEP 6: DIARISE THESE DATES

Your final balance will be required 75 days prior to travel. Once paid, your travel documents will be issued 21 days prior to your departure and the countdown begins!
