Atemporal

Lima, Peru

1940's city chic

Atemporal is located on the corners of Arica and Santa Maria streets in a leafy residential street, in the heart of the chic Miraflores district, just a few metres from the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca “pyramid” that is one of Lima’s most important archaeological sites.

Housed in a revamped 1940s mansion, this nine-room hotelito comes from the same award-winning design team behind Hotel B in neighbouring Barranco, and Titilaka on the shores of Lake Titicaca. The property marries an eclectic sense of modern urban cool with old school service, catering to your every need. Guest rooms are equipped with modern furnishings decorated with an eclectic but sophisticated mixture of contemporary and classic artworks and artifacts thoughtfully collected from across Peru. Rooms offer all modern comforts in a sensual, intimate setting, the perfect place to relax after a full day exploring Lima’s bustling neighbourhoods and markets. A-la-Carte and buffet breakfast is included, as too are evening cocktails from 5-7pm.

The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant however you are within quick striking distance of many of Lima’s best shopping areas, restaurants and neighbourhoods, as well as the business district. Renowned eateries in a short walking distance include Astrid y Gastón, the restaurant that kicked off Peru’s astonishing culinary boom back in the 1990s; Osaka, one of the best Japanese-Peruvian and the Huaca Pucllana with the backdrop of a pre-Inca “pyramid”.

Atemporal is the perfect refuge for discerning travellers interested in exploring contemporary Lima.
