Lolebezi

Lower Zambezi, Zambia

Lower Zambezi Luxe

Set in the breath‐taking, untouched wilds of the Lower Zambezi National Park in Zambia, Lolebezi enjoys five hectares of protected wilderness, and has been designed to make the most of its one kilometre of private river frontage.

Everything about the lodge is design‐led and unashamedly luxurious, but also eco‐conscious being built almost entirely with recycled materials. There are just six suites — four double suites and two family units with adjoining walkways—which ensures the service remains attentive yet unobtrusive. Each suite enjoys both indoor and outdoor showers, a private deck with plunge pool and stunning views across the river, perfect for whiling away the hot African afternoons, G&T in hand, watching the great river flow slowly past. The main lodge offers a further swimming pool, spa, gym, yoga deck and even an open air cinema.

The Lower Zambezi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has some of the best wildlife sightings in the world. It is famous for its leopard population and elephant herds. Activities focus around enjoying the wilderness with game drives, bird watching, catch and release fishing, canoeing and boating all available. However, this amazing destination is best experienced on foot with one of the camp’s experienced guides. Walking through the towering acacia forests, searching for Africa’s famous wildlife an unbeatable adventure.

This contemporary lodge effortlessly incorporates the luxury expected in a world‐class safari camp with a restful sense of quiet that can only be found in the African bush.
