The Landing is located in the Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand’s North Island. The 1000-acre property comprises six private beaches, an award-winning vineyard, lush wetlands, and four extraordinary residences positioned throughout the property.

Each of the residences is an impressive, self-contained home, designed for families or groups of friends. Whether you choose the Cooper Residence, the Gabriel Residence, the Boathouse or the Vineyard Villa, each boasts stunning views across the rolling hills and ocean, stylish décor and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Guests will be hosted by their own personal chef, who will custom-design menus to suit their needs. Wherever possible, garden-to-plate produce is used, sourced from the extensive agricultural resources on hand at The Landing. The vineyard produces rosé, syrah, pinot gris and chardonnay and guests are welcome to visit wine cellar, taste wines from the vineyard and tour the estate.

As well as vineyards, The Landing enjoys a thousand acres of farmland, beaches, native bush, bird sanctuaries and protected heritage sites. Guests can discover archaeological sites, learn about contemporary Maori culture, visit restored wetlands, go kiwi spotting, take a kayak on the water, or explore on foot, by mountain bike or on a personal guided tour of the property by 4WD vehicle.
