Sea front villa with uninterrupted water views
The 4 bedroom house is located inside the Environmental Protection Area (APA) of Cairucu surrounded by pristine beaches. The house, built 2010, has a modern, clean touch and catches the best of the sea views. There are 3 double (twin) ensuite rooms that face the sea, and a further single room on the other side of the house with a bathroom next door, all with iPod/iPhone docking speakers, views and sea breeze as standard.
... Kingfishers and herons take advantage of the tree shaded terrace, hummingbirds flit between flowers and right in front are shoals of colourful fish, turtles and sometimes dolphins. Kayaks are available for use and guests can swim from the house and snorkel amongst the fish. There is a short path from the house that leads you to Praia do Bare, an excellent swimming beach and the lovely Praia Vermelha is about a 30-40 minute walk. The colonial gem of Paraty is just 20 minutes away and can be accessed by a short boat transfer (extra cost).
