Haveli Dharampura is situated in the historic heart of Old Delhi, nestled among the narrow alleyways of Chandani Chowk, one of the oldest bazaars in the city. Amidst the vibrant hustle and bustle, the Haveli stands as a historic landmark and a peaceful city retreat.

Historical references suggest that the original Haveli Dharampura dates to 1887 AD but with help from Heritage India it now stands as a beautifully restored boutique hotel. Traditional construction methods were employed in the restoration ensuring the final result is a careful blend of contemporary stylish elegance and grand Mughal heritage.

The Haveli offers fourteen cool and airy rooms spread across three floors, all opening onto a quiet central courtyard. They range from the palatial Shahjahan Suites to the smaller but perfectly comfortable Jharoka Rooms and all boast antique furniture and Moorish and Mughal architectural details.

Often hailed as the food capital of India, Chandani Chowk is famous for its bustling streets scented with the aromas of mouthwatering street food. Drawing on local inspiration, the chefs at Haveli Dharampura’s ‘Lakhori’ restaurant have been pioneers in bringing street food to the restaurant table providing an unrivalled array of exquisite flavours in a sophisticated and atmospheric setting. Meanwhile the rooftop terrace provides the perfect spot to enjoy an informal dinner with sunset views of the Jama Masjid, the Gurudwara Sis Ganj, Lal Mandir and the Red Fort.

Stepping outside the Haveli’s grand front door, you’ll be greeted by Delhi’s wealth of historical sites and cultural curiosities. The famous Red Fort, a variety of museums and fabulous shopping in colourful bazaars are all on your doorstep.
